The Railway Engineering Company (TRE) places an extremely important emphasis on maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring that quality, reliability and safety are of paramount importance.

To manage the company efficiently, TRE uses a Business Management System (BMS), compliant with the requirements of the new international quality standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000 to Safety Integrity Level 2.

The TRE Business Management System is a paperless presentation used together with an integrated Document Management System, forming part of an intranet available to all TRE employees for quality reference and training purposes.

An essential element of all our work at TRE is ensuring that our customers are delighted with the deliverables that we have provided. Customer satisfaction are an essential part of this process and we regularly visit our customers and listen to their views as to how we can continously improve our service.

Customer Activated Tracking System (CATS)

The CATS system provides a unique way in which TRE can communicate with all our users in a rapid and effective manner. Registered customers can access CATS through the Internet leading to quick responses to all issues raised.
